Tutors using this kit will find that Office InterActors methodology is easily adaptable at the same time keeping its specificities in terms of strategies, learning objectives, course dynamics, material development.

The first Office InterActors Training was in Iasi on the 14-10 February 2009. The project team was then involved in hands-on activities which simulated an Office
InterActors course for final beneficiaries. The Moodle platform was customized with a scenario requiring all trainee tutors to interact in face-to-face and onlineactivities. This enhanced better understanding of methodology and work principles functioning. They key to a smooth and relevant implementation of the Office InterActors model is for those who facilitate activities to have tried the courses on the online moodle platform themselves before having to use them with the final beneficiaries. Thus they will have a much more clear view upon the activities they have to coordinate and also upon the unpredictablity of online synchronous work.

Materials in this section address  key aspects from the Office InterActors methodology which need to be taken into consideration before, during and after the Office InterActors courses. For successful implementation of the courses tutors need to take into consideration alll aspects concerning their target beneficiaries' progress within the course but also on a personal basis - motivated students are always involved and ready to take resposibility of their work when the course is adapted to their own learning needs.

In the following subsections the Office InterActors team has collected information and sample materials to provide support for all those interested to implement Office InterActors courses.
