Within Office InterActors courses tutors undertake more than the role of facilitator:

Details such as field of interest, learning needs, present skills and abilities, skills and abilities to be developed, other specificities of the target group will contribute to the relevance of the scenario.
Tutors also need to take into consideration the means of implementing the courses. This includes technical affordances and internet access. As Office InterActors courses are customised for a well defined group of participants all efforts have to be centered towards achieving the perfect match among all the above mentioned elements.

Still, tutors were asked to help with and support different forms of evaluation(summative, formative) implemented with the help of various tools (questionnaires, blogs, diaries feedback forms etc.). Constant and continous evaluation of students' progress and motivation will help tutors better coordinate the course and if needed re-adapt it to the new demands.
