STEP C - task 1
Check your mail in the Office InterActors Cafe. Reply to any messages you have received.
Write a message to your colleagues in another national group telling them what you have
been doing since last week. Comment on anything relevant that has happened in your country.
(LT with RO2, ES with FR, BG with RO1)
STEP C - task 2
Read the reports of the other groups regarding health and safety regulations. Compare them with your own.

STEP C - task 3
Situation The future director is pleased with your efforts. However, there are too many regulations altogether. He needs a list of just 11, in order of importance, to include with the grant application.
Through online discussion using the CHAT ROOM (for groups online at the same time) or the FORUM below , you have to negotiate with the other groups to agree on a final list of 11 Health and Safety Regulations, in order of importance.
Tell each other which ideas you like/don’t like. Defend your ideas, but remember to be polite.

STEP C - task 4
1. In your national groups, discuss how you feel about the activity so far.
What have you learned? Have your face-to-face/written communication skills improved? What other skills do you think have improved? What do you like/not like about the activity?
Post your thoughts in the THOUGHTS' POOL.
2. Continue completing the evaluation sheets from Step 0.

STEP C - task 5
Read all the memos.
You have to negotiate through online discussion with the other groups to agree on a final list of 11 Corporate Guidelines, in order of importance.
Tell each other which ideas you like/don’t like.
Defend your ideas, but as before, remember to be polite.
STEP C - task 6
In your national groups, write a letter to accompany your grant application form, saying why you think your idea is worthy of a government grant. (Revise the work you have done in Steps 1 and 2 as well).
