This week we are going to continue working in the groups we have
 been working in the week before.
 Read and work on the task your groups has been appointed

STEP B - task1

1. Check your mail in the Office InterActors Cafe.
Reply to any messages you have received.

2. Read the job descriptions.
Write a short message to give feedback to those of your colleagues in another national group.
 Use the job descriptions forum from the previous task about job descriptions.

STEP B - task 2

Until recently, Sechurian people have not travelled much on business.
They do not know much about social and business habits in other countries.

In your national groups, gather information about social and business etiquette in
RO, LT, ES, FR and BG.

STEP B - task 3

Make a list of 10 do’s and 10 don’ts for business travellers.
(Do not refer to your own country). Check spelling and grammar.

STEP B - task 4

In your national groups, think of the words and basic expressions a business traveller will need.
You can focus on the following topics:
- at the airport
- in the taxi
- meeting colleagues
- at the hotel
- asking for information
- agreement and disagreement
- negotiating

Make a topic structured list of the vocabulary you have collected (in English).

STEP B - task 5

Situation: You have to work in your national groups to describe Sechuria (in English).
Refer to:
– geography,
- brief history and politics
- people and social habits
- economy and business culture
You can use your imagination freely, but within reasonable limits!
You can find an example of this HERE.

a). In class decide together with you colleagues which of the above topic
you would like to develop on at home.

b). At home communicate online with your partner and with the entire group to work
on the topic you have chosen and to inform the entire group on your product.
