consultancy business specialized in intercultural affairs.
The others are looking for opportunities to start a new business.

STEP A - task 4

Have you all agreed upon your identity of your company?
If yes, then you need to look into other details about it.
Some of you have already done this, but in light of new negotiations maybe it is good to review!
Your company is going to advise production companies to help them overcome
the possible issues they may be facing when trying to sell in another country.

First you have to identify what these challenges might be.

Share your suggestions using CHALLENGES SUGGESTIONS forum.

Then produce a short general description of the different roles your team members need
to have to be able to help with the challenges you have already identified.
Also add key procedures to produce the best quality work possible.

STEP A - task 5

In your national groups, discuss and decide what skills are needed for
each post covered by your group.
