7. A list of suitable team member roles is produced, identifying key tasks and is successfully uploaded.
8. A list of skills is agreed and produced for each team member and is successfully uploaded.
9. The skills lists from each group is discussed
10. A job description for each allocated position is produced and successfully uploaded.
11. Job descriptions are discussed in groups.

Entrepreneurs
1. The main imports of RO, ES, LT, FR, BG are identified using Internet research
2. A suitable ‘gap product’ is identified and agreed upon
3. A brief summary of the research findings, including arguments in favour of the gap product is written and successfully uploaded
4. Via online negotiation, agreement is reached as to which gap product is preferred
5. A company name and logo is agreed and successfully uploaded
6. Via online negotiation agreement is reached as to which name and logo is preferred.
7. Individual positions held, and skills needs are agreed.
8. A job description is completed for each position and successfully uploaded.

Step B - Researching the background

Business Consultants
1 Feedback on job descriptions is discussed and given to a chosen international group
1 Use is made of the newly created chat room to discuss uploaded material.
2 Information is gathered about social and business etiquette in RO, LT, ES, FR and BG.
3 A list of 10 do’s and 10 don’ts for business travellers is compiled
4 A list of words and basic expressions a business traveller will need to describe Sechuria is compiled
5a A topic is selected from the list
5b Via home working the selected topic is discussed over the platform with a chosen partner andthe whole group.


Entrepreneurs
1 A short message is written using the café
2 Internet research is conducted and a list of 10 regulations concerning health and safety is compiled and uploaded
3 A report / proposal is written following the laid out guidelines and is uploaded
4 Internet research is conducted and a list of 10 corporate guidelines is compiled and uploaded
5 (optional) A memo is written to all staff regarding the suggested guidelines.

Step C - Counting down suggestions

Business Consultants
1 Colleagues are sent an update from your team via the café.
2 The lists of do’s and don’ts are read and compared.
3 Misconceptions are corrected Do’s and 10 don’ts
3 A final list of 11 do’s and don’ts are negotiated with the other groups
4 Self evaluation of activity so far is conducted via group discussion, focusing on what has been learnt and what skills have been improved. Thoughts are posted in ‘post pool’
4 Self Evaluation sheet is revisited and updated
5 Through online discussion and negotiation agreement is reached regarding which vocabulary to be included in a leaflet you are preparing.
6 Descriptions written about Sechuria and the Sechurian way of life are discussed and negotiated and an agreed profile is produced.

2 The health and safety regulations reports are read and compared.
3 A final list of 10 Health and Safety Regulations is agreed via online negotiation.
4 Self evaluation of activity so far is conducted via group discussion, focusing on what has been learnt and what skills have been improved. Thoughts are posted in ‘post pool’

6 A letter to accompany your grant application is written and uploaded


Step D - Giving advice

Step E – Round up
