The end beneficiary is the landmark for the entire development of the Office InterActors courses starting from tools selection, means of online communication and collaboration, up to the design of the scenario and tasks included in this material.

Managing to cater for both beneficiary’s needs and the requirements of the work market involves much more than addressing a certain field of interest. Abilities, skills and information intermingle to create a complex net allowing employees or future employees to continously update their learning experience. Office InterActors does not aim to transfer information only. It centers its entire efforts to observe the target beneficiary, create suitable materials for its education and then implement a staged process of learning activities complemented with ongoing monitoring, summative and formative evaluation all intended to support learner’s own and self developement of intake.

The entire path of material development and structuring of activities evolves around the target beneficiary. Future tutors participating in the Office InterActors trainings are asked to select a category of target beneficiary in advance, before the beginning of the trainings so that they would have a standard to refer to in their work within the training.

Moreover, after the first Office InterActors training the material developed by the project team was piloted with beneficiaries from Romania, Spain, Lithuania, France and Bulgaria. As a follow up of these courses feedback was provided by students during and after the courses for the betterment of the didactic materials and technology used for implementation. The Moodle platform was revised and also more Skype sessions were planned for the second round of courses taking into consideration students’ preferances.
