The learning objectives of the Office InterActors courses were set in the first training session in February 2009, Iasi. The list was then expanded and improved by the internal evaluator, David Evans,  who also provided the objectives for each individual step in the scenario on the Moodle platform used for the courses. Students could access these objectives at the beginning of each step, which helped raising their awareness on the information, abilities and skills they were going to practice.
